For example, if the sinks and faucets in your bathroom are beginning to rust or wear out, it's a good idea to replace them. If the wallpaper or tiles in your kitchen are a bit old fashioned, why not replace them with a much newer and fresher style? These are the kinds of routine renovations that won't put a huge dent in your operating budget.
